Check the property, dates, room category and occupancy. A suite photograph does not automatically mean that exact suite is included in your proposal.
Meals and drinks
Bed and breakfast, full board and all-inclusive are not interchangeable. Even inclusive packages may exclude premium drinks, private dining or particular restaurants.
Getting between places
Know which flights and transfers are included, whether a service is shared or private, and what baggage limits or operating restrictions apply.
Activities and fees
Ask which game drives, excursions, park fees and conservation charges are included, and which are optional. Availability and suitability may depend on age, conditions or the operator.
Terms and practical preparation
Understand the deposit, payment dates, cancellation terms and relevant travel insurance before confirming. Current entry and health requirements should be checked for your individual itinerary with appropriate official guidance.
