Are these fixed group tours?
The featured journeys are suggested starting points for a tailored trip. Dates, rooms, pace and arrangements are discussed individually. A tailor-made itinerary does not automatically mean every activity or transfer is private.
Can you arrange more than accommodation?
Yes. Nectarinia’s services include travel planning, flights, private transfers and tailored experiences. Your proposal will specify the arrangements included in your particular journey.
Why are there no package prices?
The sample journeys do not have published selling prices or validity dates. Travel dates, occupancy, room choices and inclusions all affect the quotation. We’ll discuss your budget and prepare the relevant options.
Can we travel with children?
We can discuss a family itinerary. Properties and activities have different age policies, room options and conditions, so these need to be checked before confirming a trip.
Are wildlife sightings and activities guaranteed?
No. Wildlife is unpredictable, and weather, water levels and operator conditions can affect activities. We’ll help you understand the likely experience and confirm what can be arranged.
What happens after I enquire?
We’ll discuss your preferences and the practical details, then shape a proposed itinerary and quotation. A booking is only confirmed through the agreed booking process and supplier terms.
You decide what to send.
The trip-planning form prepares a message in your browser. Your entries are not automatically submitted to a website database or saved in browser storage. After preparing your brief, you choose whether to open WhatsApp or your email app and send it to Nectarinia.
